Porter's Gin is the result of a year's long experimentation in flavors and distillation. It is named for the Professor - original innovator Andrew Porter from Aberdeen University, who experimented with specific cold distillation techniques. The Buddha’s hand fruit guides the top notes of this gin, giving it a unique citrus flavor that hovers delicately between lemon and grapefruit sherbert. The finished product is made from a wheat base spirit and uses juniper, angelica, almond, coriander, liquorice, lemon, orange, Buddha's hand, pink peppercorn, orris root, cassia, and cinnamon. This strikes us as a complex but classic recipe
