Mescal Convite Espadin is made in a traditional handicraft way from 100% wild Espadin agave.
After grinding the agave in a tachon, the raw material is baked in a traditional conical oven set in an earth pit lined with ancient volcanic stones. After natural fermentation using spring water and double distillation in a copper cube, the product has been bottled according to the highest standards of artisanship.
The unique drink mezcal Convite is produced in the Zapotec (Indian people) mountains of San Baltasar-Gelavila, Oaxaca and is an ancestral heritage.
